Job Summary:
The Guest Service Representative (GSR) will help establish and grow Trimark's Fueling Good Market brand. The GSR is responsible for operating the retail store during the assigned shift and utilizing his or her skills to provide an excellent customer experience, including:

Providing fast, friendly, sincere and immediate service to all customers.
Handling transactions in a fast, accurate manner without errors while operating the cash register and credit card equipment to complete sales.
Receiving, storing and stocking inventory.
Keeping shelves, displays and merchandisers full and correctly priced.
Maintaining a clean store facility, inside and outside, at all times.
Full-time Guest Service Representatives must be able to work at least 20 hours per week. Must have a winning attitude and be customer-service focused! Successful candidates are eligible to convert to permanent status and receive health benefits after a minimum of 90 days.

Must have high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year of customer service experience.
Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations at the high school level using units of American money, weight measurement, volume and distance.
Must be able to speak, read, understand and write the English language at the high school level, including simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Must be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
Must have basic computer skills.
Must be able to resolve job-related problems in a professional manner.
Must have good organizational and time-management capabilities, including the ability to set priorities.

Will be required to complete training and obtain business related operational certificates.

Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of the store’s operation – daily reconciliation of paperwork, ordering product, ensuring prompt, efficient customer service, maintaining a clean, friendly environment and assist with management of the store staff.

High School Diploma or equivalent required plus 2 years retail and/or food service management experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong mathematics ability and strong written and verbal communications skills required. The Assistant Manager position requires constant standing, bending, and reaching with occasional lifting of 40 – 50 pounds. Key Duties:
Completing the daily store paperwork accurately and timely including, but not limited to, the Daily Closeout Report, Summary Report, and Cashier Report.
Completing and managing the store employee work schedule.
Managing all aspects of store management in the absence of the Store Operator.
Training all new store employees according to the New Employee Training Program guidelines.
Reporting to the Store Operator the progress and issues with each new store employee.
Assist employees with questions and coaching proper procedures.
Ordering product from the store’s primary grocery distributor.
Ordering product from Direct Store Delivery (DSD) vendors in the Store Operator’s absence.
Follow company procedures when working with vendors, including checking-in product orders and verifying quantities.
Ensuring all products are price correctly on the shelves and scanning accurately.
Follow all proper safety procedures and policies and encourage others to do the same.
